Also, despite my previous conclusions that the ovens found in Quiznos sandwich shops are actually fatteners that add even more fat to the piles of meat and cheese of top of bread they brand as 'sandwiches', today I learned that those sandwiches contain a very reasonable amount of fat and calories if you know which ones to order... which I do!
